We have spent our lives surrounded by agriculture in many facets. We use this knowledge, plus our continued education to improve our systems to promote real sustainability for our children and generations to come.
We raise Charolais cattle because we enjoy the added growth and muscle that comes with the breed. Even though most of our females tie back to the show ring, we're not afraid to stick a show heifer out on pasture and make her survive off grass. But most importantly, we don't put up with bad feet or bad temperaments. Plus, they definitely need to have the proper rib shape and skeletal structure to stick around. We use as much data as possible to help make informed breeding decisions. This insures that profitable traits are being passed on visually and on paper.
